Cargo returns and exchanges.

1. How do you define return without reason?


You are unwilling to complete this order transaction for subjective reasons, such as: the user buys the wrong product/buys too many products (repeated orders, wrong colors, styles or sizes); the seller considers the product to be of normal quality (clothes have threads, inconspicuous stains, slight color differences, defective products sold at a reduced price, logos and labels of different batches of products, etc.); the user does not want it anymore (products with postal limits cannot be sent through the user's designated route, the shipping cost exceeds the user's budget, the waiting time for pre-sale products is too long, and the quality is subjectively considered to be poor/not as expected after checking the quality inspection photos); the product to be returned or exchanged must be agreed by the merchant of the store where it is located, and the returned product must be within the scope of the category that supports five-day return without reason (see the "Five-Day Return and Exchange" service product category classification below) before you can apply for return or exchange. The specific agreement is subject to the actual situation.

Q: If the user thinks that the product has a slight stain and the seller thinks that it is a washable stain, will there be a charge for this?


A: Because most products are handmade, the products are sometimes inevitably stained with dust or have slight defects during the production and delivery process, but because the slight dirt does not affect the wear or use of the product itself, the merchant will regard such products as unconditional returns and exchanges, but we will further communicate and verify with the seller, and the final judgment will be based on the seller. If the seller returns and exchanges the product without reason, we will charge the relevant fees.


Q: If the user thinks that the product is returned in an undelivered state, will there be a charge for this?


A: No charge, please don't worry, the unconditional return and exchange fee will only be charged if two conditions are met: first, the order you applied for is an unconditional return and exchange; second, the product is in the warehouse and needs to be returned and exchanged without reason; therefore, we will not charge you for undelivered products.

Q: The user insists that there is a color difference, and the seller says it is a light problem. Will there be a charge for this?


For the color difference of the product, the color of the product will deviate due to different shooting lighting angles and different display problems. This is also unavoidable. The final color of the product is based on the actual product you have received. Our judgment of no-reason return generally depends on the seller. If the seller determines that your return is unreasonable, we will charge for it.


Q: The user determines that the product is not suitable for him to wear through the measurement photo. Will there be a charge for this?


Regarding the issue of size measurement, because we are based on the size of the merchant's arrival, there is also a certain error in the measurement size, and each merchant has inconsistent size specifications, which is difficult for us to control. It is recommended that you refer to the merchant's size chart or consult the seller's recommended size when choosing to buy the size to avoid inappropriate size. Inappropriate size is defined as an unreasonable return and exchange. We will charge a fee for this type of return and exchange.

2. How to implement the charging standard?


Return and exchange packages will be charged as follows:


Unreasonable return fee = shipping fee to the seller + shipping fee from the seller + 5 yuan handling fee


Unreasonable exchange fee = shipping fee to the seller + shipping fee from the seller + 10 yuan handling fee


Note: If the product is shipped free of charge, you need to pay the seller for the shipping fee when applying for a return or exchange;


Q: How is it charged?


A: For return and exchange orders: We will deduct the return shipping fee directly from your balance, so it is recommended that the account balance be kept above 5 US dollars.
