1. If the product is lost after entering the warehouse at bbdbuy, the staff will confirm the loss and compensate the product cost in full. If bbdbuy does not have the scanning record of the package entering the warehouse, it cannot provide the tracking and compensation service;
2. Not online/not picked up and cannot be released after customs: If there is no terminal pickup information within 25 days, the freight will be refunded, and if there is no terminal pickup information within 30 days, compensation of 6$/kg.
3. Interrupted update: If the logistics track is not updated for more than 7 working days after the last-mile service provider picks up the transportation, the service provider will be checked. If there is no result after 7 days of checking, compensation of 6$/kg will be made for less than 4kg (including 4kg) and 20 euros/ticket for more than 4kg.
The following problems and countries are not compensated: unknown/incorrect recipient address, recipient contact information, delivery recipient absence, arrival waiting for pickup, recipient failure to pick up in time at the post office, return and re-dispatch, countries: Spain, Italy, France, are not included in this interruption compensation conditions.
4. Excluding overtime collection caused by uncontrollable factors such as customs inspection, local workers' strike, weather reasons, etc.;

1. Force majeure factors: including but not limited to: direct or indirect losses or damages caused by war, natural disasters (including earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, etc.), nuclear radiation, nuclear explosions, nuclear pollution and other radioactive pollution;
2. The user is unable to provide relevant certificates required for compensation;
3. The time limit for applying for compensation has expired (no inquiry and no claim for compensation within 7 days of receipt or 45 days of delivery), and the package is normally signed during the application period for compensation;
4. Theft or disappearance for unknown reasons after delivery;
5. The items delivered contain uninsurable goods, and the items delivered violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, and are confiscated by the competent authorities or handled in accordance with relevant regulations;
6. Loss or loss of mail caused by the owner's responsibility, intentional behavior or negligence, or the items delivered themselves;
7. Other situations that do not belong to compensation liability
