Domestic package returns


1. Description of domestic return types


1) Packages returned due to failed operations by third-party logistics providers: packages rejected by third-party logistics providers due to damage during operations; oversized or overweight packages; packages that cannot be exported due to incorrect postal codes at the receiving address.


2) Packages returned due to security failure: packages returned by postal or airport security.


3) Packages returned due to customs inspection: packages containing restricted items returned by customs.

2. Logistics freight refund standards


1) Returned items due to failed operation by third-party logistics providers: all freight will be refunded.


2) If the package cannot pass the security check (such as postal, aviation) and is returned, all freight will be refunded. For returns after aviation security check, freight and registration fees will not be refunded.


3) If the goods are confiscated or destroyed due to security check failure or customs inspection failure, no freight will be refunded, and no compensation for cargo loss will be paid.


3. Processing of returned items in the domestic section


1) Returned items due to failed operation by third-party logistics providers: The logistics provider will contact our company offline to arrange for the return. If the items are returned to our company by the driver who collected them, domestic express or other logistics methods, the freight paid by the customer will be fully refunded to the balance of the bbdbuy account. If the logistics provider incurs the cost of returning the items, the customer will be responsible for it.


2) Returned items due to aviation security inspection: The logistics company will contact us offline and return the items to us through the pickup driver, domestic express or other logistics methods. The freight paid by the customer will be fully refunded to the balance of the bbdbuy account. If the logistics company incurs the return fee, the customer will be responsible for it.


3) Returned items due to customs inspection: The items are returned to us through the pickup driver, domestic express or other logistics methods. The freight paid by the customer will be fully refunded to the balance of the bbdbuy account. If the logistics company incurs the return fee, the customer will be responsible for it.

4. Common items returned after security inspection or customs inspection


1) Hazardous items, dangerous goods specified by the International Air Cargo Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and relevant laws and regulations, government departments or organizations, items prohibited from import by the laws and regulations of the destination country, and items that are prohibited or restricted. 2) The following are common restricted items returned by security inspection or customs compiled by third-party logistics providers. If your package contains the following items and is returned, you can mix other ordinary items (such as unbranded clothes) or send the restricted items separately according to the postal limit of your products, or choose other channels to try to send them. However, there is still a small probability that it may be found by customs again, resulting in return, fines, destruction and confiscation, and you need to bear the resulting losses.


Overseas package return


If your package has been sent abroad and is returned due to "failed international security inspection", "no one to sign for it", "unknown address", "unsuccessful delivery", etc., you need to bear the shipping cost for re-sending.
